404 errors
When our servers detect that you have requested a page which is currently not available they return what is known as a 404 error.
The commonest reason for this is you are looking for an old page which has been removed from our site.
Generally if we remove an important page we put in something called a 301 redirect which stops this happening and instead takes you directly to the new page but sometimes our human brains forget. Sorry.
